We're Dr. Chris Ritchie and Dr. Ashley Ritchie -- a husband-and-wife team passionate about helping people move better, recover faster, and live pain-free lives. As board-certified specialist in orthopedics and women's health, we bring together complementary expertise to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Our approach is rooted in both science and compassion. Whether it's addressing orthopedic injuries, supporting pregnancy and postpartum recovery, or guiding patients through advanced techniques like dry needling, cupping, lymphatic massage, biofeedback training, ultrasound, instrumented assisted soft tissue mobility (IASTM), and pelvic floor therapy, we tailor every treatment to fit your unique goals.

At TrueNorth Physical Therapy you are exclusively paired with a board certified specialist. You receive one-on-one 60 minute sessions with your same Physical Therapist saving you time and money. Our focus is aimed at Orthopedics, Women's Health/Pelvic Health, and Wellness to prevent injuries and pain. We use a holistic approach for enhancing longevity in life.
